Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery takes 24 to 72 business hours from the time the order is dispatched, barring logistical issues beyond Soma Beauty's control. Shipments are made via courier services with online tracking.

Shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process and may be free above a certain amount (visible at checkout).

Return policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the product(s) are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

To exercise your right of return, you must notify us in writing at hola@somabeauty.es , indicating your order number. After confirming the return, we will provide you with the address to which you should send the products. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the products have been received and checked, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 7 business days, using the same payment method used.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper use.
